I am a Hatha & Vinyasa trained yoga teacher, having qualified in 2020. I am passionate about sharing the practice of yoga with others and love continuing to learn. I started teaching professionally immediately after graduation and now teach community classes, studio classes as well as specialist charity classes, corporate yoga and 1:2:1s. I also run events, masterclasses and weekend retreats.
My classes are friendly, fun and welcoming, ranging from calming, grounding and gentle, to dynamic, energising and invigorating. In Flow classes, expect to move with the breath, flowing through sun salutations and in to more dynamic postures but always with plenty of options to find a practice that feels right for you. In Yin, expect safe calming direction as well as words that will resonate as you sink deeper into the practice.

Be guided through some morning breath work, followed by a Vinyasa flow, connecting breath and movement creating strength and stillness within. Class is suitable for all levels, with options throughout to make your class your own. Bring your mat, and soak up the energy in this stunning location.
For me, yoga is so much more than just movement. It teaches us to accept ourselves as we are, to create strength in both body and mind, to feel a sense of stillness amidst the busyness of life. My classes are focused on creating space for you to breathe and simply be, whilst moving our bodies through nourishing postures. I love to bring a sense of playfulness and challenge to the practice, but always with the understanding that yoga is personal – there is no judgment, no expectations, just an open invitation to explore. You most certainly don’t need to be super flexible or standing on your head to be doing yoga.
I’m passionate about offering yoga for all, so in my classes there are always options to make the class as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. If you’re wondering what yoga is all about please trust that intuition and take a seat on your mat, it can change your life if you let it.
