The Bracebridge is tucked away in Sutton Park — a fab location, but a bit of a hidden gem. Enter through 4 Oaks Gate and just follow the signs. Park in the main car park at the top, as the one next to us is for permit holders. All the roads and car parks are run by Birmingham City Council, so drive safe and enjoy the view! Please note we can not be responsible for the security of your car or the road conditions these are the responsibility of the council and ultimately in respect of the road conditions what we all pay our road tax for.

⚠️ Booking Note
If you lose a deposit or you receive a charge but we refill the seat/table, we’ll issue a gift voucher to use in the future. Our team can’t make exceptions to this policy, and we honestly don't want to apply charges, but the restaurant is a small one and the impact of late cancellations and no shows has a significant impact on the restaurant. Please note guests who are unable to dine due to failure to advise of dietary needs or allergies are considered a cancellation for the purpose of this policy and guests switching from Bracebridge to Sip and Slice counts as a cancellation and guests should take note when booking within the cancellation period this policy will still apply.
⚠️ Dietary’s
All dietary requirements and allergies must be discussed with the restaurant prior to making a reservation. Our menus change regularly in line with seasonal produce and ingredient availability. As a result, we may be unable to accommodate dietary requirements or allergies that are disclosed after a reservation has been made or on the day of dining.
Failure to notify us in advance may result in us being unable to safely cater for your requirements and, in some circumstances, dining may be refused. This is the last outcome we would wish for any guest, and we therefore strongly encourage early discussion to ensure we can provide the best possible experience.
Please also note that our kitchen is extremely small and handles a wide variety of ingredients. Whilst we take allergen management seriously and follow strict procedures, we however cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur. Guests with allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements should therefore exercise their own judgement when making a reservation and, where there is any doubt regarding the severity of an allergy, we recommend erring on the side of caution and discussing the matter with us before booking.
