- Do you offer takeout or delivery?
At the moment takeout and delivery isn't available at The Bracebridge.
- Do you have outdoor seating?
Yes, we do have a beautiful terrace area overlooking the Bracebridge Pool with breathtaking view. Our terrace is covered and heated, we make sure it is suitable throughout the year.
- Do you have a dress code?
We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your evening! We don't have a strict dress code. Come as you are, whether you're dressed up or feeling more casual. We just want you to relax and enjoy the experience.

BOOK A TABLE- What is your policy on cancellations?
We understand that plans can change, in case of a cancellation, the following policy applies:
£20 per person cancellation fee applyes if the cancellation is
- within 3 days for parties of 1 to 4 people
- within 7 days for parties of 5 to 8 people
- within 14 days for parties of 9 to 16 people
Our automated system ensures the seamless application of these charges. Please note that our team is unable to override this process. We appreciate your understanding.

- Can I see your menu?
Yes of course. All menu offers are available on our WEBSITE.
MAIN MENU is available from Wednesday to Saturday 12-9pm.
BRUNCH MENU is available Wednesday to Sunday 9am-12pm.
SUNDAY CLUB only available on Sundays 12-4pm.- Do you have vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?
Yes we do offer vegetarian and vegan option on our menu. Our chefs can cater for gluten free guest, but we ask you to inform us with at least 72 hours notice.

Our chefs put a lot of care and attention into creating the dishes on our menu, ensuring each one is a perfect balance of flavors and ingredients. While we're happy to accommodate dietary needs and allergies whenever possible, we generally don't offer customizations to the dishes as they're presented on the menu. This is because the recipes are carefully designed to deliver the best possible dining experience. We appreciate your understanding!

Sourcing the best, freshest ingredients is at the heart of what we do. We work closely with local suppliers and farmers to bring you the best of what's in season. It's all about making the flavors shine!
- Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
Absolutely! We're happy to help you enjoy your meal, no matter your dietary needs. Just let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements at least 72 hours before your reservation, so we can prepare accordingly. And when you arrive, please remind your server, so they can ensure everything is perfect for you!

- How do I make a reservation?
To reserve a table at The Bracebridge please visit our WEBSITE and follow the online booking process via SEVENROOMS, our booking system.
It's easy! Here's how to book:
- Choose "Dining Room" for your standard reservation.
- Select your desired date.
- Pick from the available time slots. Each slot will specify whether it's for brunch, the main menu, or Sunday lunch (Sundays only).

"Voucher Booking" - This booking page is for guests with product-based vouchers from providers like Red Letter Days, Virgin Experience, Buy a Gift, Gift Pro, Direct, and other third-party companies.
Please make sure you provide your voucher details during the booking process as we have a dedicated team who deals with third party vouchers rather than the venue itself.
If your voucher is a monetary value voucher, please use the "Dining Room" option instead — this ensures your booking goes smoothly.- Can I request a specific table?
You're welcome to make a table request when you book! We'll always do our best to accommodate your preference, but please keep in mind that we can't guarantee specific tables as it depends on availability.
- Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, we do! You're always welcome to pop in. Just keep in mind that if we're busy, there might be a bit of a wait. On special days, we're usually fully booked, so we appreciate your understanding if we can't seat you right away.
- What is your policy on late arrivals?
We understand that things happen! We'll hold your table for 15 minutes past your reservation time. If you're running later than that, please let us know! After 15 minutes, we might need to give your table to someone else.
- Can I make a reservation for a large party?
Yes, we'd love to host your group! Our dining room can seat up to 45 people, and our terrace can handle parties of up to 200. We'll create a special offer just for you! Simply email our events team at events@openrestaurants.co.uk, and they'll be happy to help.
- Do you have private dining rooms?
Unfortunatley we don't have private dining rooms, but we are happy to discuss exclusive use of the restaurant. Contact our events team with your details and they will get back to you.
- Is there a time limit on tables?
Yes! We want to make sure everyone has a great dining experience.

BOOK WITH A VOUCHER- Why is a supplement applied when using a voucher on certain evenings?
This is the Peak Time Supplement
Certain busy days carry a £15 supplement per guest on the 5-course set menu. Our booking system will let you know if this applies when you book. Peak times include:
- Friday evenings
- All day Saturday & Sunday
- Special days like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day, and Christmas
For Afternoon Tea and Brunch vouchers, peak days are Saturdays and Sundays.- What can I do if my voucher expired?
In case you run out of time, please contact the voucher issuing company directly. They are best equipped to offer specific assistance and provide options, such as extensions, for a nominal fee.
- Why are my card details needed to make a booking?
To secure your reservation at The Bracebridge, including those made with a gift voucher, we require card details. This serves to confirm your acceptance of our terms and conditions, specifically our cancellation policy. We thank you for your understanding.
- Are there any potential supplementary costs when dining with a voucher?
While a voucher covers a portion of your experience, please be aware that additional costs may apply. These could include à la carte beverages or any extras beyond the voucher's specific inclusions. Furthermore, a mandatory 12.5% service charge is applied to the final bill. We aim to ensure complete transparency, allowing you to fully anticipate the nuances of your evening.
PAYMENT & POLICIES
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major card types except AmericanExpress, cash payment is also accepted.
- Do you accept credit cards?
We do accept credit cards as well as debit cards. Most major card types are accepted, except AmericanExpress.
- Do you accept contactless payments?
Yes, we do accept contactless paymen as well as ApplePay and GooglePay.
- Do you have a minimum spend?
No, we don't! We want you to enjoy your experience to the fullest. We do ask that when you book a table, you plan to order from our food menu.
- Do you have a gratuity policy for large parties?
A 12.5% service charge is applied to every bill, irrespective of the party size. This allows us to ensure the highest standards of service for all our guests.
- Do you offer gift cards?
