Join me for an uplifting yoga class surrounded by nature. Our flow class links breath with movement to build strength, create space and calm the mind. Expect sun salutations, dynamic sequences and a chance to slow everything down.

We always begin with pranayama (breath awareness) and close with savasana (relaxation.) 

Open to all levels, there are always options throughout. Please bring your mat, any layers and props you like to practise with too.
