Breathe With Kate (Yoga)

A mindful yoga practise combining breath and movement. We begin with pranayama (breathwork) and then move through a gentle flow of yoga poses to release the tension of the day. We will work on flexibility, mobility, and strength, with progressive poses to challenge the mind and body. Enjoy savasana (relaxation) at the end, leaving feeling calm and settled for a restful night's sleep
