Kick off your weekend the right way, joining us for a morning reset on the idyllic Bracebridge Terrace, nestled within Sutton Park. Enjoy an opporuntity to soak in the fresh air and sounds of birdsong as you flow.
Guided by the wonderful Em, we’ll settle into the space with grounding breathwork, then move with your breath through familiar postures as we gently awaken our bodies for the day ahead.
Allow nature to ease your mind as we gaze out across the water and get lost in the flow, before softly easing our bodies down into guided relaxation.
