Yoga With Nina
I am a Health Coach and Yoga teacher, passionate about helping others improve their health and wellbeing. I have been guiding classes for over 5 years, focused on bringing your mind, body and spirit into perfect alignment. Yoga has so many health benefits for the physical body, it helps to clear a busy mind and assists with releasing stagnant energy held in the body. I love to create an inviting space suitable for all levels.
I will be offering mindful Hatha Yoga classes, moving through a series of grounding asanas. Hatha yoga includes a slow pace, holding each asana for a short period of time.
