Yoga with Nina

Join Nina for an early morning grounding yoga class, in the serene setting of Sutton park. A perfect way to start the day and nurture your body and spirit. Nina will be guiding you through a gentle Hatha Yoga class, which focuses on breathwork and moving through a series of positions (asanas). Hatha yoga includes a slow pace, holding each asana for a short period of time.
Please bring along your yoga mat for this session.
